Fortnite is a team-based battle royale game where you can hang out with friends and fight other players. With skill-based matchmaking, the game ensures that you compete against players with similar skill levels. This makes the game more enjoyable and fairer. Chapter four, Season One would have to be the worst season compared to all the other seasons, but it does add new additions into the game. These additions include: the motorbike, which is the newest way to travel around the map, and new and exclusive weapons such as the Caliber Rifle, Shockwave Hammer, Thunder Shotgun, Twin Mag SMG, Maven Auto Shotgun, Red-Eye Assault Rifle, and a Tactical Pistol.
To win a game of Fortnite, you must be the last person standing. To do this, you must limit the sound you make, use headphones, and be paranoid. The storm (a void that will take your health away and a way to push the players in closer to each other.) will lower your health, so bring meds and try to stay inside the circle. Also, use your meds to replenish your health and shields immediately. Only engage when you’re certain of success, don’t loot bodies straight away and always have an escape route. Try and stay at the edge of the circle, if you want to eliminate players running back from inside the storm and, make sure you listen out for enemy footsteps. Find the best landing spots where no one sweaty lands, or keep a good range of weapons in your loadout for a good place to land is Kenjustu Crossing, Slapy Shores, Meadow Mansion, bamoo circle.
The collaborations with other popular companies such as Marvel, DC, Star Wars, NBA, and FIFA make the game more appealing to players who like these companies. Another great feature would have to be the game’s stealth. You can win a game without even pulling out your weapon if you are good at hiding. However, the best feature of the game is the multi-player option where you can play Squads, Trios, and Duos with your friends. This feature makes the game a lot more enjoyable and really entertaining.
Fortnite is similar to other combat games such as Valorant and Overwatch. These games all have different skin options for weapons, along with different maps. They all have a various choice in weapons, they also have a gorilla skin, a cowboy skin, and customisable skins like Fortnite. However, Fortnite has a more cartoonish setting compared to Overwatch. Fortnite is also set in the present, whereas Overwatch is set in a more futuristic place and is a more graphical game.
